ABOUT THE CAFE
We are acknowledged coffee specialists and our highly trained team of baristas are known for creating one of Sydney's finest drops. The beans we use are a blend custom roasted for us by Toby's Estate Coffee.
Sappho courtyard is usually filled with a healthy contingent of committed regulars but new faces are always welcome.
The café only uses certified free range ham, chicken and eggs. We have a full range of Vegetarian and Vegan options, all clearly marked on the menu. Gluten free? Don't worry, there are plenty of options for you too. You'll be spoilt for choice with our range of biscuits, muffins & cakes and our fridge stacked with organic juices and Phoenix sodas.
We serve a range of black, herbal and green T2 loose-leaf tea.
