Douglas Aguiar

Born in Brazil and became a Spanish citizen after living and getting involved with Madrid’s music scene DOUGLAS AGUIAR studied at Villa Lobos Music Conservatory in São Paulo. In 2000 developed his technic and musicality practicing Flamenco guitar in Spain.

2004 saw the launch of his first album “Outras Bossas”. The second album was released in 2008 “Boca a Boca”. From 2009 to 2011 he recorded a series of live video performances which showcased new songs. 

In 2013 he moved to Sydney, and has since been promoting music and culture around Australia

With Latin influences and traveling freely among different Brazilian styles, DOUGLAS AGUIAR offers a wide musical set adding Australian memories from his teenager surf life.
